Locks
A lock’s difficulty is the chest’s level plus a bonus for its tier (Common +10, Uncommon +15, Rare +20, Elite +25, Legendary +30). Harder chests are more often locked. Open them with the Open Locks skill (each failure breaks a lock pick) or an unlocking spell.

How it works
The rules
Chest level is close to the floor’s level. When placed, a chest is locked with a chance of its difficulty + 15% (at most 95%). Picking a lock rolls 1 to your skill’s strength against its difficulty; success gives experience equal to the difficulty. Things you put in a chest yourself stay there.
